Default Which ECU for my 1999 1.8L Miata turbo?

I'm looking for a good ECU. AEM has a series1 (or 2) but doesn't go beyond 1997. Has anyone used this plug and play for a 1999 turbo? Also looked at EMS 4 - has anyone used this same year? Any advice/suggestions welcome!

i think a lot of people will say megasquirt/diypnp if you want a standalone.

Oh boy. Before the jackals rip you a new one I'll just politely advise you to do a little research. There are a ton of options. Megasquirt, Adaptronic, Hydra, etc.
Please do your research. We won't spoon feed you

DIYPNP/Megasquirt.

full instructions online, or if you're not comfortable with that, have Braineack make you one (that's what I did)

If your a cheap *** like me, go to diyautotune.com to get your engine management kit (you'll have to build it yourself but you'll save $$$). Read the stickies, they will contain the answers your looking for.
I once made the mistake of asking questions, and all I got was a new sarcastically ripped *******.

Also, people that know more then I would probably need more info to properly answer your question. What are your power goals? Do you DD your car? Is it your only car? What's your budget? (if you don't have one then don't just spit out a number, come up with a real budget) Put info about your car in your signature.
