FP relay clicks with MS but not with stock ECU
1994 MAF'less, Brainbuilt MS and harness, AEM wb, nothing else...
Car ran fine for while, no issues with MS at all since install.
Problem started last night.
Denso B577 fuel pump relay clicks non stop with ign on.
Car will crank all day with no start.
Unplug MS plug in stocker clicking stops (no MAF or oxygen sensor so didn't try to start with stocker plugged in).
Replaced with known good Denso B577 relay and still clicks with MS plugged in.
No other relays are clicking.
Car will not start with FP shorted at Diag. box and still clicks.
MS LED's 1 and 3 stay lit, do not blink with relay click, LED 2 stays of even while cranking.
MS has communication.
Resistance reads low on FP relay.
Where should I look next?
Thanks in advance!!!

ps-Scott, no boost solenoid

***UPDATE***
Unplugged MS again, plugged in ECU (no MAF no o2)
Car started for a second and died as expected.
Unplugged ECU plugged in MS, no more clicking.
Car started like nothing ever happened.
Do I have an intermittent short in MS harness or in the MS itself?
Thanks

Rythmical...about one sec apart.
Have not had any more issues with it since then, but worried it may come back to haunt me when I least expect it.
You think it is MS related? And any suggestions where I may look with more attention.
Thanks
