Haltech E8 on NB 05 - ECU overheats

Haltech E8 on NB 05 - ECU overheats
Hey,
I got an E8 hooked to this NB, after some time the ECU will start acting strange, I found out that the ECU is overheating.
What can cause that ? up to this point it did good no problems.
Thanks.
BTW: It shows up as an E11 in the halwin software.
