Fuel pump is not turning on when cranking on my 95. If I jump the F/P lead in OBD connector to ground pump runs and after car starts pump keeps running. Changed wire to fuel management TPS on ECU (was on wrong one) and now no pump when cranking. Any ideas?

What ECU are you running?

 

The stock ECU out of the 95.

 

so it wasn't cranking before, then you changed a wire and its still not cranking? or did it stop cranking AFTER you swapped the wire on the ECU?

if F/P turns the pump on, then the problem is probably in the relay or the ignition activating the relay. I can't remember if F/P goes to the relay or the pump directly.

 

Engine is out of a 99 and I rebuilt it and put it in my 95. The fuel pump was working when cranking but wouldn't start. Checked wiring on fuel management and found out TPS wire from FM was hooked to wrong wire on ECU. TPS signal was 0 or 100. Changed wire to right one and now TPS reads right on FM but don't have fuel pump on cranking. If I jump connector pump runs and car starts but dies when I give at any gas.
