I was able to get COP/Full Sequential working with OEM 36-1 + 99-05 CAS signal on Ms3x.
Steps:
1) Get her running wasted spark/semi sequential and confirm #1 tooth (this was 70 degrees on my setup)
2) Capture CKP and CAS trigger log and find crank tooth where CAS is high one 360 and low the next (this was #14 on mine)
3) Configure Toothed wheel - Dual Wheel missing tooth 36-1@70deg + polled CAS at crank tooth #14
4) Runs like a champ!
Note: I have confirmed this will also work on a VVT motor with VVT disabled. Polling on a specific tooth does not work with VVT enabled as it shifts the CAS signal relative to the CKP causing cam sync errors. On our VVT motor we ended up using a Supermiata 36-2 wheel and the Miata 36-2 spark mode and now we have high resolution full sequential with VVT. Now I just need to go tune it.
