Default Running WG Pressure with Switch on the MAC EBC?

Thinking of running a MAC EBC with my ms3 mini. No possibility of hooking up a switch to the ecu to change boost maps.

So I was considering mapping the ebc valve for my target high boost map, and including a simple on off switch between the ecu and the MAC valve.

Would cutting power to the mac valve result in the car running wg pressure? That's what I'd want.

Thanks

Yes it works that way. You’re technically cutting ground, but whatever. You’ll have to check polarity in the MS, one way will cause it to stay opened, the other way closed.
