Turn on delay circuit
Takes a pulldown input, outputs a pulldown.
e.g. insert it between your MS and the AC clutch relay.
~1 s turn on delay, ~0.3 s turnoff delay.
Adjust capacitor for different desired delay.
Useful for AC clutch or fans.
