I took a look at your tune, and everything is the same as mine. Again, I don't have my laptop in front of me, but if I had to guess you either have trigger 1/2 reversed, or somethings up with your wiring. Has this trigger wheel/wiring worked on a different setup recently, or is it all new for the Link?

I actually forgot the sensor ground that usually sits on the engine in my wiring, now the crank definetly has definition of teeth on cam and crank, maybe my lash is incorrect on the sensor cause right now its a 0.020" and ive heard its supposed to be around 0.040". Ill upload a photo of what the graph looks like currently when I go home on lunch today. The ecu has always been indicating the cam trigger is working properly so i hope this is it.

Is the blue supposed to be CAM? If so, that does not look like a miata cam trigger.
Are you using the 2003 crank sensor or the 95 crank sensor? You need the 2003 (BP) crank sensor for a 36-2.

The flyin miata 36-2 install instructions have a lot of good info, including plots showing the NB triggers.
Edit, the link isn't working for me

Here's my values. Until you have a signal like mine, my guess is your wiring is at fault. The trigger scope is really sensitive and picks up absolutely everything, if you want a more clear trigger signal, look at the DI scope, that's the second image I attached, and you can see the more typical 1-2-1-2-1-etc of the cam, and the 30-gap-30-gap-etc of the crank.
