That looks about right. My effectively stock '90 made 105 on a Dynojet a couple years ago.

I was thinking about cheeping out there and going with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. I'm planning on finishing the intake and doing a full exhaust and that's it on the engine. not really worth the hassle doing much more on a 1.6.

The ECU is the groundwork for all other mods though. Putting in a 1.8? an ECU would help. Turbo? ECU's is almost required. <shudder> supercharger? ECU.

EMS will give you more gains than a I/E

afpr won't do anything if your ecu is pulling fuel there by decreasing ipw

you need an ecu like I said.

is it ok to drive as is? probably. after all its a dinky n/a 1.6. is it safe or efficient? probably not

You can tune the AFRs slightly by spinning the AFM around in the tube and dynoing at different angles. Gravity tuning lol.

It's still pointless in closed loop. ECU is always going to target 14.7 until about 5K, then it just goes rich.

I'd assume you could see 100rwtq from 2.5K to 5K by just adding fuel alone.

yeah you're fine.

that's a very typical AFR curve.

I'm trying to remember where I saw a good before/after dyno from a MS. Maybe from diyautotune...
