Default '93 CLT Thread Pitch for Reroute

I beleive the CLT thread size is M12. What is the thread pitch? I'm making my coolant reroute using the Moss spacer and need to tap it for the CLT.

BTW, I've read where most everyone is using a 3/8 NPT to slip fitting for the heater takeoff. The heater inlet tube takes a 5/8" hose but I cant find any fitting with 3/8" NPT and a slip fitting that will fit a 5/8" hose. Do you just step it up from 3/8" to 5/8" in the middle of the hose run?
