Default 94-97 BP06 Head. Poor machining ? Wear ? At spring seat

Bought at 94 1.8 to tear down and rebuild for a project. Heads of the engine now. Pulled the cams out and i see alot of poor machining around the valve spring seat areas and areas for the head bolts. Some of the thin metal left from machining looks like its been pushed forward by the spring. Im awful at explaining things so here are some pictures.

Is this normal ?

1; yes that's normal. Just burrs left by the cutter, pretty standard on mass produced parts,

2; those are the valve spring seats, valve seats are in the combustion chamber,

3; why are you rebuilding a bp05 head instead of looking for a BP4W head to swap on instead?

Thank you for pointing out my typo, its fixed now.
I know the NB heads flow better. But with what my goals are i dont feel its completely necessary
