Default Bp4w tear down for knocking

Hey all, I’m in the process of tearing down a knocking Bp4w have yet to find anything majorly obvious, main bearings are worn the most.
”will attempt to attach pictures”
Maybe a waste of time but I’m trying to see what bearings are currently in the engine. They are marked d9fc on the underside of the bearings
That’s all. No size
mainly curious if someone else has been in the engine before or not.

Rod

Rod

Worse main, other half of cap is fine.

I'm no expert, but that looks like more than just worn bearings

yeah dirty rebuild at some point or something got in oil at some point, went through that bearing and got spit out, car did have a cheap cone filter I was told.
that’s part of my search, never seen these digits on a bp bearing, I assume it’s oem though.

Did you look at the thrust bearing? Known failure point on BP4W engines.

yes looks within spec and end play is also. Just a odd situation imo but maybe that’s just my lack of knowledge in this category.
