Car having issues cranking

Just did a head gasket and redid the timing on my 1.6. Having issues cranking now. Attached video shows the sound its making. Definitely lost with this one any help would be appreciated.

did you do it incorrectly, perhaps?
There's markers on the cams, crank and covers to verify correct timing
