I just put in some SGI from an ebay vendor. They all weighed identically to the gram and plastigauged perfectly. I don't recall either spec now but they were right on. Came with APR hardware too.

I just went to ebay motors and typed in 'forged rods miata', sorted what came up, checked feedback, cross searched forums here and at m.net and hit Buy It Now...
