By change have you considered replacing the manifold studs? You've warped this header so many times you might have yielded the studs. A new set of stock ones, or even RX7TT turbo to manifold studs (those should fit I think, inconel yeah) isnt a whole lot of money in the grand scheme of things to help you sleep better at night.
