That's silly. According to Dr. F. Porsche water cooling is unreliable. Air-cooled is the way to go. Just route the turbine intake with some cardboard around the aluminum exhaust manifold. Make sure to use two-ply cardboard.
Added benefit: The pre-heated intake air will increase turbine efficiency at least 4000%
