Fan turns on but turn off right away? Help?

sorry was kinda vague on that. To find the problem which is most likely a break in the wire. I will have to look through the whole connector wire which leads to the relay?

Find the black with green wire near the fan relay, stick a needle through the center of it and short the needle to ground. If the fans go on, the break is between the thermal switch and the relay. There may be a break in the wire as it enters the connector at the thermal switch. Try the same thing there.
