Default Gas EVERYWHERE troubleshooting

My car has been running fine recently without any issues. I've been running E85 for several years and I'm retuning on 93 octane now. I've been through a few tanks of 93 and I feel the tune is pretty good. On Sunday I topped off with gas, drove about 1/4 mile and the car died. I tried to restart, it would crank over but didn't seem like it was anywhere close to starting and I had it towed home.

Details:
Car has spark
Timing is correct (crank, cams, and verified tdc on cylinder 1)
Cylinders are pooled in fuel, shoots geysers when you turn it over
Intake manifold full of fuel, like you pull off a lower vacuum line off and fuel runs out, turkey baster gets ~12oz out of manifold
Intake piping and intercooler are full of fuel, probably a quart ran out when I pulled the piping off

So what the hell happened? The only thing I can come up with is my FPR (car is converted to a return system) took a crap and it's running ALL THE FUEL PRESSURE and just flooded everything. Any other theories or things to check? Really hoping I didn't kill the motor.

The only time I've ever seen a geyser of fuel was because the injector for that cylinder was locked wide open.

Well ****, figured it out as soon as I posted.

The vacuum line from my Aeromotive FPR shoots fuel like 10 feet when I prime the fuel pump. WTF? I have the worst luck in the world.
