Smile Getting ready to remove A/C unit

Hi,
I'm about to remove the A/C system on 90 Miata.
What kind of belt do I needed for power steering pump after I take the A/C pump out ?

Thank a lot !

On the front of the block when you remove the AC and bracket there is a whole you need to put a new bolt in. If you do not then oil will slowly seep out of it. Search on m.net for the correct bolt size.

I believe it is a m8 1.5

To answer your question. Just take a measurement of what you think you need and any parts store should be able to help you out just by you giving them a length. Also, you could drive it without the belt on there to the store to make sure you get it right. It will just be hard to steer. Nothing will happen really.

Or, just go to the parts store and tell them you need a power steering belt for a 1990 Miata without air conditioning. It's a standard config that tens of thousands of cars shipped with, and they have the correct belt for it on the shelf.

Napa has them under part numbers PBH 4K338, NBH 25040338, and ATM 4PK855 (three different manufacturers, same fitment.)

Thx for the helpful info !

I most likely get it from Karen/Pro shop. We order part over there everyday and free delivery.
