I was hoping you would know. Is the F engine intake flange just a bigger version of the B engine flange? And is the bore spacing 100ishmm?

I've heard of people easily adapting BP manifolds to FE3s...

But i haven't heard the same with the F2T.

I can measure the bore **** on an F2T tomorrow, but i doubt anyone ever made ITBs for that motor for various reasons.

F2Ts weren't common in Japan. Bulk of them were sold in Australia and 'Murica.

Oh and I'm guessing the F2T use a different intake manifold flange as the FE3 and stuff based on how you're talking.

Correct. The F2T and FE3 share almost nothing besides bolt pattern.

I may or may not know how to strap an FE3 head to an F2T block, but that's besides the point. (The power numbers out of the combination would probably make the eyes bug out of your head, though.)

But now you know why i'm interested in creaming myself even if this is an FE3 unit, which i typically don't mess with. Well... that and i have access to a 2.2 FE3 stroker at the moment.

I looked at a few different F variants and some were pretty damn close :|

I am sure some adapter could be made as long as port spacing was close. The big issue with me machining up an adapter for the 1.8L is the port spacing is to wide and it would leave some not nice transitions :(

I have a buddy with an FE3, i'll see if he can measure it.

If it's for an FE3 or F2T, i'm calling dibs right now.

FE3 exhaust side is pretty damn close to BP... inner runners are about 2mm off. That doesn't really help us a whole lot just yet, though.

I am thinking about adding a reward for a correct answer for what the hell this is for, Incentive if you will.
