Severe Flooding
So out of now where my car quit starting. Wouldn't crank or anything. I would turn the key and just get the starter solenoid sound. My alternator was almost on its way out and my Battery was 5 years old so I replaced both of them. Still no crank. Next I replaced the starter and yet still no crank. So last night my buddy came over and while he cranked I looked at the engine. He turned the key and held it and I noticed the engine was trying to crank and was moving so slowly. Immediately I checked the oil and I could smell gas. We drained the oil and filled it with some temporary oil. I then took off the plugs to crank the motor. Thank God I did not have my head over the valve cover cause when I hit top dead center on number 3 fuel erupted out of the valve cover. I continued and the it happen on 4 as well as 2. So here I am now. Stuck on wither something may be wring with my injectors(leaking), fuel pressure regulator or MS tune.

Maybe your battery was low enough that the starter couldn't turn, but had enough juice to prime & fire the injectors. After a few dozen tries to start it the cylinders filled with enough gas that when you replaced the battery the engine was/is hydrolocked, and the starter couldn't turn the motor anymore?
I'd say pull all four plugs and make sure there's no more gas in the cylinders (disconnect the coils to keep them from firing while there's gas all over the place). Once everything is dried out and the gas is gone, try cranking for a few seconds to see if the engine can successfully spin. If so, put the plugs back in & see if it'll start.

Ok thanks guys ill check the fpr regulator and let the motor dry out and do a fresh oil change. I'll post results as soon as I get all the fuel out. I was thinking of laying a bunch of old towels down in the engine bay and cranking the motor with the plugs out and injector relay pulled so it would push most of the fuel out and land on the towels rather than on everything else. The car ran great for a good month in a half now with the tune I have. I'll upload it when I get to my notebook. If you guys wouldn't mind looking at it I would greatly appreciate it.

Well I cranked it tonight no plugs and sprayed gas out the top. I'll let it evaporate a little more and do another oil change with filter. I'll be sure to check the fuel pressure after I get most the gas out. Before the pressure was at 99% before I started the car. Is that normal? After I started the car it would drop but I just want to clarity.

UPDATE.
Last night I flushed out the oil and changed the filter. I was able to start the car and a huge ball of smoke erupted out of the exhaust. Car ran good but had rich spikes here and there. My guess is there is a lot of gas still in between the turbo that is stuck in circulation and every once in a while some of it leaves and hits the o2 on the way out causing it to stumble. I let the car warm up to 180 a couple times and then put it up. I figure while its hot Ill let the car burn some more of the fuel off.

Sounds about right. Give it a little drive around the block and it'll clear out quickly.
One of the more fun car experiences I've had was swapping a valve cover gasket on an incredibly leaky 80's toyota corolla. I said **** it and let a bunch of oil drain into the cylinders when we took out the spark plug, which was submerged in leaked oil. That was a big smoke cloud!
