Just curious, how long is usual wait for reply once the email with order number and other details is sent? I did it about two weeks ago and haven't heard back yet.

Here’s how my damper looks like

Hey buddy, there isn't anyone checking that inbox anymore. Shoot me your order details via PM please. Cheers!

I had the same issue a while back and never uploaded these pictures. This one is the bad one I got. You can see how the groove for the timing belt and the notch to line up the tdc arrow do not match up. https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...94160d72f.jpeg

So, I decided to contact ati and they responded and said they were having issues. Instead of doing a swap I decided to buy another one to see the difference side by side and you can see the difference. Below is a picture of one that is correct. (First time uploading pics so idk if they’re gonna work) https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...6333c5a35.jpeg

Hopefully the pics upload correctly and you can see the difference. I had these pics and completely forgot to post something and I’m just now seeing this post. Hopefully every issue was resolved but if not, this is the difference.

PM was sent 3 weeks ago and still waiting on answer. Is there any other solution to this 'exchange program'?

FAB 07-12-2018 06:38 AM

Sorry guys. I’ve forwarded the submissions but I’m not certain anyone is monitoring the dedicated email address for these anymore. Please contact Ricky at ATI directly.

Attention: Ricky H
Email: tech@atiracing.com

Just let him know you have an incorrrctly clocked hub and he will respond with instruction.

Great catch Andrew!

This is one hell of a mistake. ATI did Step up to the plate rather quickly though.

Has anyone seen this issue with an older damper? I am having a similar issue with an older damper (purchased from Fab 9 in December 2015).

When trying to re-time the engine, I noticed I could not quite get the cams to line up. Investigating further, the timing mark on the crank pulley aligns with a tip, not a root as per OEM, suggesting half a tooth out.

If I manually set the engine to TDC (screwdriver in bore) then the cam timing lined up well and the crank pulley timing mark did not (see photo below). Though oddly the timing light mark on the damper aligned with the TDC mark on the front cover. This would appear to suggest my keyway and timing marks are not aligned. This makes me think this issue I'm seeing is different to the one discussed here. Has anyone else seen that? I don't want to pull the damper if I don't have to (enough horror stories about that!)
