I'm using one and it made a big difference in temps. Before I put one on I'd burn my hand if I touched the intake after it was all heat soaked, but not anymore. It still gets a lot of heat from the stupid *** stupid IAC heater though, that thing is all about the derp.

I know it's an old thread, but I think my questions fits in here.
I have got a Hondata gasket for my NA 1,6 90'. But I think the fitment stinks.
I thought I was going to portmatch, but don't think it's good to open up the manifold that much. I'm talking about the sides, not in the top around the injectors.

Is yours as poor as this?
Do you have any kind of "plastic" washers to isolate the nut also? (I didn't get any with the gasket)

As Stealth97 mentions he got rid of the IAC, I had the same thoughts.
Can anyone advise me how to do or drop a link?

Port openings in the gasket bigger than the port is good, its when the gasket is too small thats a problem.

You right, thats an even bigger problem. But Im thinking about the turbulence it will create. When flow is high (6000 -7500 rpm) and it passes over a "gab" 4mm wide. We know what a 3 angle cut will do for our flow.
But maybe I'm wrong and have to give it a try, and find out the hard way.

These stupid spacers are worthless and stupid. Thanks for your input. I have also been close to just dump it several times.
