no it has a spring inside it so that you dont waste oil pressure spraying all the time. I just had a thought does anyone have a trashed 1.6 sitting around they could pull this out of real quick? FWIW that is as in focus as it gets from my cell phone man.

 

My guess is meth injection did all the damage!
