Does anyone know the specs, or where to get them? I am not sure they are the same as b6t cams in other mazdas. The xr2 engine I brought home had low compression pistons but had regular rods. Im saving up to order good rods and pistons and am trying to get away with using the cams from the miata, the xr2 or a mix of both.

Lots of wrong info on that search. Just shows there is a lot of crap on the net. Everyone is assuming that the xr2 setup is the same as the 323, but with the rods I pulled out of mine, theres just no way. I guess I'll just buy a set of aftermarket ones.

 

the motor is the same as the 323 gtx except for the rods.

 

Which sucks cause I thought I was getting the better rods.

 

at least you got the cams?
