Its weird sometimes it will idle fine at 14:1 and then I rev it barely and it will go lean.

If I ease into throttle it will stay 14:1 not in gear until I hit 2k rpm

And then sometimes it will go lean right when I start it. Gets worse the warmer engine gets

Fix has tips sensor output percentage and it shows it to be working.

And my MAF voltage isn't spiking or diving. I did notice my voltage drops to 12.1 when it wants to die at idle

Possible, but a vacuum leak past maf normally makes the rpm jump up, not dip down. although if its big enough to cause the car to run uber lean I guess it could dip town too

this goes back to my suggestion of doing a boost leak test

there is only one way to do a boost leak test properly.

Seen one guy blow smoke into engine bay and smoke migrated to leak. Didn't work as well as pressurizing pipes with air and capped off coupler on turbo inlet.

Well ideally a smoke test is best. You pressurise the piping with smoke and its ez-pz. or just pressurise with air and listen/feel for the leaks. or pressurise with air and spray all places that can potentially leak with water or soapy/bubbly water.

either way

Pulled the head and I think it was head gasket car had 140k on it and head gasket looked pretty rough and I didn't even have to pry head of as soon as I loosened head bolts it came loose
