NA crank trigger wheel sensor on a NB?
so any suggestions on where to read up on helping me with this start up?
as Sav said, I probably have to alter the VE tables or retune the coldstart.
time to start searching through the MS section for answers.
thanks for all the help.

Change the Req_fuel number to account for your bigger injectors, as you have MSII everything else will scale more or less.
It's all in the manual. http://www.msextra.com/doc/index.html

First, get a mcdonalds straw and sip up all of the unburnt fuel in the cylinders; then get on your knees and praise god you didn't hydrolock :P
Then set up your ECU as mentioned above

Req_Fuel needs to be decreased. Formula (approximately) is New Reqfuel = Old ReqFuel * (old injectorsize / new injectorsize).
Cranking PW also need to be trimmed by the same ratio.
(Does MS2 specify cranking PW in absolute times like MS1? I can't remember.)
EDIT: No, it does not. It's in %, so you can probably leave cranking PW alone.
Might need to trim priming PW, though.
