Default Max Water Temp Setting Innovate MTX

Is there a recomended maximum temperature for the coolant as I can set an alarm on the mtx for track days just incase I miss it overheating. Would this temp be the same whatever set up i have with a stock engine even when I go FI. Not turbod yet as am installing a Msq and want to get that running first. The. Going to add a FM2.
I plan to put the sensor in the outlet to the heater matrix for an accurate reading, is that a good spot?

Anything above 230*F is unhealthy.
