Thats no bueno, Ummmmmmmmmmm

What does it pull for vacuum?

How does the oil look? How about the coolant?

Have you checked injectors? Run any fuel treatment recently or not?

Plugs gapped correctly?

I'd run it for a while and check the plugs for any buildup/oil/burn etc. It sounds like its either too much fuel or not enough, high idle sounds like vac leak.

Black smoke? Do you not have any engine codes?

If you have the old injectors, I'd swap those in to see if the issue continues...

One of the new ones may be leaky.

Are you able to get a temp readout of your coolant? If the coolant temp sensor is out it'll be in 'open' fuel at idle and you'll be burning much more fuel.

Still I'd double check the plugs and see what they look like, it might give you a better idea, (oily/white/black soot etc)

Playing the guessing game at this point

If that's being caused by any temp sensor of any kind, it'll be the IAT.

Fuel filter? Mileage? CEL?
What do the spark plugs look like, all the same?

Lol, temp sensors.

Do a compression check, I'm guessing you'll find a very low cylinder. Solve that first.
