Oil Leak at Cam Seals

Oil Leak at Cam Seals
I have put cams seals in this engine before and never had any issues with them leaking. Now that the built engine is in the car, (Different block same head), im having issues with the cam seals leaking. First time, i got the engine in it with all new gaskets and seals, after about 25 miles or so i noticed that i had oil coming out from the bottom of the timing cover. I took it all apart and found the oil was coming from the seals, running down the front of the head and out the bottom, as well as, down the sides of the block. So i went and bought 2 new Temken seals and made the repair again. Drove about 5 miles and it is still leaking but it is worse than the first time. And the valve cover is leaking as well (i did apply silicone in the appropriate places). The seals seam to be leaking from around the edges and not where the cam comes through it. I had a thought of it leaking from the mating surfaces where the front cam caps meet the head..... Any ideas?
