Hey Everyone.
I am going to replace my injectors with bigger ones. So my question is, will i have to remove the intake to get the old injectors out? I would really rather not to.
Thanks

I still need some help. Can someone post their settings for 550cc injectors? It looks like there is a lot of things like cranking pulse width and such that need to be changed. So its nice if someone can post rough numbers that are close to my set up.
um i can throw u my msq if you like its decent i dont think you are brave enough to run my timming yet though
Damn i just checked its on my other laptop, i will post it when i get to the other one probly in the morning. In the meantime maybe someone will uplaod a tune for you.

between the Wastegate and the boost source man lol.
The section with the screw in it is the entryway and the part that T's off of it is the exit. It basicaly works by putting a set mechanical restriction on the total air flow it allows via the compression of the spring.

RE: your AFR targets Magna. I run mine the opposite of that left to right. Meaning I run richer to 3500 then lean out. My thinking was rich = more torque so lets throw some extra at it down low to get this bitch moving. Well it certainly does move.
Isn't 12.4AFR a lil lean to run at 10-11 lbs of boost?

ok, i got the injectors in. It was easy but for some reason they are like half an inch shorter than the stock. But they dont leak. I did have to change the cranking to get the car started. I scaled the VE table much leaner. The car runs great, but i think i need to work on the acceleration enrichment. When i press on the gas slowly the car runs great but if i stomp on it the wideband goes to like 9.3 and the car stutters. Where the hell do i find Acceleration Enrichment?
you might what is it droping from to hit 9.someodd afr? Maybe abit of a leaner afr will give you a more linear fuel curve for your Fast WOT runs. Lets see your targets. You could be laoding up on fuel, or your ignitor or coils could be crapping out.

its for sure accel enrichment pw. i can guarantee you that. it was running fine with stock injectors. It does it no matter what afrs i am at. Cruising at 2500 at 14.5-15.5 or going in 2nd at 4500 at around 13.8. It just dips right to 9 and goes back to 11.5 or so in boost.
