I noticed a few days ago that the car had a misfire, initially was verily notisable at idle or light load and it got more worst pretty quick < 200mi and stil in low load or idle so i checked logs, fuel pressure, for loose connectors, swaped main relay, checked plug wires, coils etc. i got to the plugs and foud this on #4.
I cannot see damage or oil on top of the piston and will do a leak down test and look in there with a borescope later this week but am wondering if anybody had something similar to this and what caused it.
BTW it runs fine with a new set of plugs

Might be a good idea to just have a look at your throttle body butterfly screws. It would appear something went through there.

 

Yea, i will take a look today when i get home from work, i do have a skunk works TB but you never know

 

Eh, if you've got the Skunk TB on there, then I doubt that's what it was. Hopefully the leakdown will confirm something.
