Still Misfiring After LS Coil Install

Still Misfiring After LS Coil Install
So the car never before and still doesn't misfire on waste gate pressure (7psi creeps to 10) but when running ebc at 12psi it misfires usually around 5k to redline sometimes once or twice sometimes alot and seems to increase occurrence with more load. The misfiring tends to happen on hotter days and or when the engine bay is heat soaked, cool fall days tend to be misfire free or with little misfire. Just looked at some logs from today and the ebc was not putting out a full 12psi and it was misfiring as low as 10.5 psi. I had new plugs and gaped them down but thought my coils were on there last leg and that was the weakest link so I put on ls coils. The result is no change it still happens just as if I didn't do the ls coil swap. I ruled out overboost limit on the hydra, map was adjusted for ls coil dwell, ngk zrf6f-11 plugs (extended reach ones flyin miata recommends) gaped to 30 thousandths, magenecore wires. I really thought stepping up to ls coils would eliminate my problems any ideas or something I am overlooking?

As as far as the LS coils go, did you re-gap your plugs after setting up your coils? Did you set the Hydra for sequential firing? I hope this is some use to you. I won't be near the computer for another week or two, otherwise I could share my settings.

Unfortunately all this checks out so still no leads. The afrs are good, overboost is set silly high for the puropses of figuring this out to rull it out (and yes it is min duty cycles I have to adjust the ebc all the time to hit what i want because of temp swings where I live), I will have to get back on the dwell as im not near my computer but it is what ever Jeremy changed my map to (derived from a corvette I think), yes on regaping spark plugs after ls coils, and yes i am running sequential. I must stress that this is the exact same problem I was haveing prior to putting on the ls coils there is no change. Still happens under the same conditions and with the same severity.

How do your AFRs look , particularly near the miss events ? I've been battling a similar miss that appears to be due to a lean section of my fuel map. My miss shows up at high load , low ( 3-4 k ) rpm right after I nail the throttle to the floor. Hydra 2.7 and LS coils here too. Fredb
