Default Too much blow by

Long story short it all hapened after an attempt to retune my car and ever since white smoke escaping from exhaust and catch can, oil escaping from oil cap, and ran 2 quarters of oil in one week.
just wondering cz it was running straight until i decided to make it better ( overheating accures too after half an hour of highway after the attempt of retuning

If by shut "on" you mean shut down.......really sounds like your timing was way outta wack and you had things glowing in the combustion chamber so the engine was "dieseling" after you turned the key off. It's toast....you probably melted the ring lands off the pistons.
