I am in the process of selling many of my old parts and have a 1.8 engine waiting for me but i was going to max this engine out this summer if it didnt sell in the next couple weeks while I build the 1.8 with rods and pistons. Once i go 1.8 i will go full 3 inch exhaust tubular manifold and hopefully externat wastegate.

My tuner down the street has the fastest stock internal civic 10.2s on MS so he knows his ****
1.6 or 1.8, they will handle the same amount of power. The connecting rods are the same. Roughly 250 ft/lbs of torque. As for *making* that power, obviously the 1.8 will have an easier time at that due to the higher displacement.

On the other hand, we don't all live in locations where the state speed limit is 90mph.
It's leatherface's car.

Actually, I was thinking the boost gauge was photo-shopped. But I stand corrected.

I do enjoy driving in Texas hill country. Lots of empty, winding roads with good asphalt. My commute goes from one small town to another small town (~50 miles) in the middle of nowhere. Ideal.

Only problem is animals. Hit one the other day with my G8. Broke the radiator and the plastic nose. Bummer.
