Default Engine won't crank by hand! Stuck

So my engines been sitting for a while and hasn't been turned on. I removed the plugs and began cranking it by hand right after I poured some fresh oil in there. I was able to crank it half a rotation then it gets stuck. I emptied a can of on blaster down the plug holes to the cylinder/piston but it still won't budge. Any advice is appreciated!

How long is " a while"?

3 months or 3 years?

How was the engine stored?

Is this the one in the car? or one sitting on the shop floor?

No it's been a few years, and the engine is in the car.

Have you shined a light down the spark plug hole and checked for rust in the bore?

Pull the VC and see if you have a valve stuck in the guide, hung open.

Maybe with some luck that is all it is.

I've got the vc off, all the valves look ok. I looked down the plug holes but can't really see the cylinder walls since the holes so small.

Within the range of crank motion you have, rotate the crank, and watch the movement of the valve lash buckets and make sure they move freely.

Use the starter? Seriously, if it doesn't move with a couple clicks of the starter, it's fucked. So it's either fucked or it'll break it free. A little oil won't help unless it turns.

crazy idea: turn crank all the way one way and pour a half-shot of sea foam down the spark plug holes and wait 15 minutes. then rotate crank the other way and wait 15 mins and try turning again.

I don't see sea foam being more effective than PB blaster (penetrating oil). But i'll give it a try i'm getting desperate at this point :(

Put a breaker bar on it and either stand on it or smack it with a large rubber mallet. Either it breaks free, and you can slavage it, ot the rings are rusted to the cylinders, and it needs to be machined.
