Since this seems to be a "bust on Flyin Miata" thread, I'll share my opinion.
1) I didn't ever have a bad experience with Flyin Miata, I think they sell the best quality Miata turbo parts that money pays for. Everything fits like it should. They have good tech support and well written instructions.
2) Only gripe I have with them is simple. I live in Pennsylvania, and they are in Colorado. I could order 5 studs for my turbo outlet, and they'd still charge me a fortune to ship it, and it would take exactly a 8 days to get here.

You can't have a list of all pro's when you buy from anywhere, you gotta have a few con's. Flyin Miata doesn't have too many con's in my book.

It's a website, all hours are "business hours".

+1

I'm tired of sellers and vendors complaining when we complain and give them a hard time. I don't think you could find a narrower target sales demographic than us, and we are trying to help by providing our opinion.

Even BEGi, a company I would buy $10 snowcones from, certainly has their issues, and they need to know how everybody feels about them.

Racing is after all about improving the breed.

If you need that MBC, give us a call and we'll work it out. As for missing stickers, beatings shall commence in the shipping department forthwith. This will not stand!

Vash, thanks for the feedback. We try to make our customers feel valued, and the Power Club is one aspect of that. We're always looking at our programs to see how we can improve them, and that's one that's under scrutiny right now - so your opinion definitely matters.

Are you serious? The last thing in your post was "How you people stay in business is beyond me."

You've obviously never bought anything from the 500 shitty companies with poor or no instructions and customer service farmed out to Sanjaya in India, have you?

Thats easy, they stay in business because they can afford to lose business. The cost of the outsourced labor and cheap imported product is far less then the business they lose, so it wouldnt break them.

FM is Awsome! I havn't had any problems with them yet. Always cool. Even when things go bad. A lady called me yesterday and ask how my installation was going? I thought that was some cool service that begi does not have..

I have no complaints from when I ordered the exhaust and suspension for my NB. Everything came as expected and I even got a free T-shirt.

Edit, I also got one of them stickers.

Been very pleased with FM, mostly because of the sticker the included with my springs. They even included a toy with my happy meal.

I like FM. They've sold me quality items I want for a price I was willing to pay. What more could I ask for. A free T-shirt or exhaust system would buy my unflinching loyalty for all time ... hint hint.

No kidding. Free t-shirt with every order would be my policy. It will pay for itself in advertising alone. Also pay for itself in customer appreciation resulting in repeat customers.

Hey Keith; isn't it nice to see so many self-proclaimed experts on a random web forum give advice about how to run a small business? I don't know how you show the restraint you do putting up with this crap. Thanks for stopping by this forum now and then, despite knowing what jerks we'll be
