I was a ricer at one point. Luckily it was only for about two years right before I got my license untill I was 17. My friend introduced me to racing and I never looked back.

Thanks for going back and cleaning it up. One may even confuse you for a high school graduate now. Maybe.

I was about to be a ricer with my first car, then I got a ride in a GSX and then started looking at turbo and said fucked it and sold the POS n/a FWD for the GSX, and ever looked back at the ricer days.

My first car, a -89 Nissan Sunny was a bit riced. No spoilers or wings, but I did lower it by cutting the springs and I over estimated its performance something fears. BBS 14" (stock was 13) and white text on the tires. Crome endpipe that slid over the rusty stock exhaust.

But I still miss that car. Banged my first GF numerouse times in it and we made a bunch of Snowboarding trips in it, with a big *** box on top. And when my Rottweiled changing position in the back the whole car was rocking...

I never got more ricer than 17's on a celica but that was pretty tame. no wings, no body kits, no crazy decals. black miataturbo.net sticker on black car is as rice as I get.

now i'm gonna read this thread every day and laugh.

Pictures of my folly are long gone by now..... I owned an FC rx7 that I about murdered with rice when I was 16. Monster tach, yellow door panels and shift boot....
In all honesty, thinking back on it, except for the interior it wasn't all that bad.

I shaved all the mouldings, the wing, and the antenna. Moulded hood vents from a datsun 280z in. Painted the whole car (jambs and all) with a combination of the stock red and about 6 coats of prismatic flake. Painted the stock wheels black.

I ran a Racing beat header, custom 2.5" exhaust from the cat back with 2 of those arospeed dual canister mufflers like Marty has. Custom CAI etc...

The car was totalled when I bought it for 400 bucks, I learned my trade bringing it back from the dead, so i can't complain. I'll own another one at some point, as I still miss the car at times, despite the fact that it was mechanically a piece of total crap from sitting in some dudes back yard for 3 years before I purchased it.

My favorite rice vehicle had to be my Grand Am though. I spray painted it blue and silver in my front yard. the back seats were fake snow leapord fur from the craft store. the front seats were Hawaiin print covers, the headliner was black fur. It had mirror tint on the windows, some killer chrome hubcaps, blue painted interior. And a stereo that was so loud that when the Subs hit, air came out of the window openings..... It got so bad that the rice turned into a running joke, and I added anything I could fnd to make it worse. My buddies and I had a great time destroying that car!
