Default Rebuilding Greddy?

Say I bought a used Greddy turbo to try to save a bit of money or something. Unlike a new kit, you just don't know what condition the thing is in. What would it cost to rebuild it/where could that be done so that you have a good turbo to put on the car? Could it be done myself or not really that easy?

Ok thanks, but how much does it cost for a rebuild kit for the 15G and where can it be found?
Thanks
