Still no joy.

I have no problem with IB accepting advertising revenue, but they also accepted $40/yr from me to be ad free. Somebody's sad.

 

We will have to sort that out because they are telling me desktop will always be the same but the top and bottom on the mobile theme and the upcoming mobile application will not have usergroup specific ad templates. The page curl annoying pop up is the only thing I am able to remove for you guys on the mobile side.

I'll talk with Brain and figure out something for you guys who did pay... cheaper membership, cat poster, refund, sexual favors, etc. The alternative is to simply not give MT and the other 5 or so sites with the no ad option the new mobile app until we figure the ad situation out but that is nuts and there is a better solution. I'll do what I can to try and sort this out for you one way or another.

An application similar to Tapatalk, but free, is in the works and should be released before Spring.

 

I was just pointing out that taptalk, after you pay a few bucks for it, has no ads. No, mt has not been made accessible for taptalk.

 

I've forgotten what ads look like, I use Chrome + adblock. I'd rather have Tapatalk than a "free" (full of ads) MT.net app.
