I only say this because the [sigpic] uploading compression sucks and I would like to have better quality images. Not looking for huge size, maybe 600x200 for img sizes?

 

I wouldn't mind a higher quality image picture myself. Nothing bigger, though.

 

I hate forums where people have huge sig pics, makes browsing incredibly annoying. I've noticed some forums that only the first post someone makes in each thread has there sig, any chance of getting something like that to go along with higher quality pics?

 

I hate ya'll's sig pics period, regardless of how big or high quality they are...makes me envious, and sad, and feel slow and ****...

 

Petition to require sig pics to be 1:1 scale photos of our ***** laying on top of rulers.

I love ya'lls cars...in for high res sig photos. Plus it'd motivate me to take some decent shots of mine.

 

Well, this is 600x150, to give you an idea...I don't think it's too big , yet big enough to show good detail. Notive how much more crisp it is then my sig?

 

If having the picture in peoples sig's is annoying so some, then maybe we can have a way for people to turn them off on their particular accounts? I wouldn't mind a higher quality img sig myself.

 

One thing I noticed the other day is that if you resize your pic down and then play with the "unsharp mask" filter you can get some of that detail back, but I'm sure you already know that.

I have not redone my sig though.

I agree whole heartily. Do not like the big signature pictures, including even the bigger one Dopple posted. The pictures aren't terrible, its the multiple lines of text under it that really make it big and annoying (that's what she said).

 

I bumped the size from 600x120 to 600x150 and upped the file size. save them as a gif and they wont compress and stay under the limit size...

But I swear that I tried using a small pic and IMG tags and it kept coming up as a link instead of a picture

I guess I'll ditch the M.A.D.D. line to save a little room
