He's not even claiming child ****, he's claiming giving children access to ****. So unless trey has a little boifriend that he physically sat down and showed him images, a court appointed lawyer could easily argue that any such access to postings would be the fault of parents for allowing unfiltered access to the interwebz, not the vessel in which a child obtained access.

 

His threat really wouldn't fly. I mean, how many sites are out there that are completely **** and accessible by children? Most of them don't even have the "You must be 18 to enter this site" banner. If those don't get shut down, they're not going to shut down a forum that has one or 2 (well, it's hustler, so probably 500) pornographic pictures.

If all else fails, move the server off shore. Then they won't bother since it's not worth it for small potatoes. Hell, my coworker can't even get the cops to go after a felon he mistakenly rented his house to (gave him a bogus SSN for the background check).
