Yes.
Some apparently drool from defective gray matter and others from infatuation with something.
I do, however, see some appropriate times for this one
And, even though I HATE the giant ones I see on other forums, this one is priceless in certain instances

Of the thousands out there, most are stupid or irrelevant or just trying to be cute. If used, smileys should be an aid to communication of a point, and not just fluff or cutesy crap.

While we're on the topic of adding things to the forum, any chance we could get the "all" button added here? I frequent this site:
