Since I haven't gotten an admin reply I've contested the charge through Paypal.

You can adjust the recurring payment settings in paypal. Maybe make sure it isn't signed up twice or something

This ∆∆∆

We don't show a double subscription on the forum and that generally means you will have to look at your PayPal subscriptions and see if it shows two for Miata. My apologies for the continued issues and shoot me a PM if your PayPal seems to be okay.

Should properly be käfer, but AOL didn't have the capability of dealing with it when I got that email back in 1997.

I will look into the Paypal subscriptions... regardless, the problem started with the board, as I didn't join twice or subscribe twice here. Looking at it I've had to have someone here solve the issue every year since 2013...

I also got double charged.
2 days apart too.

This is what i find when i search recurring payment. I don't know what this is and i don't remember signing up for recurring payments. It seems like something IB implemented. So the reason i get dinged twice is probably because i paid, then before one expired i paid again and now i get double dinged when it automatically withdraws.
https://www.paypal.com/pdn-recurring

This is 100% a website issue and not a paypal issue. There are no settings on paypal which lets me subscribe or automatically pay something.

Also, it looks like i'm good until 2021. So please remove me from the automatic subscription, i'll decided if i want to give the site more money 6 years.

We are looking into why the system is double charging annual members and apologize for the issues.

it seems to be a problem with folks who were setup around 2012 when we acquired the site. I am talking with finance and we will probably cancel all annual recurring subscriptions on the site for those users going forward to avoid this issue.

You can go into paypal where you have viewed the subscriptions and cancel them yourselves as well in the meantime.

Sorry again for the problems but we will get this sorted out.
