Default Popup survey advertisements SUCK

I just got one for Ace Hardware. From this site. Now, I understand that this site is a business, and depends upon advertising revenue to exist. But this type of advertisement should not be presented to paying subscribers. It's incredibly annoying and intrusive. I have yet to ever fill one out. I'd rather not disallow popups for miataturbo.net.

Please can them for subscribers.

if you see one try and right click and grab the source, none of our ad partners are supposed to let pop ups come through but they occasionally get by the filter and we can email them to squash any that come up

The site now has something, perhaps an ad, that is flash-based that actually has managed to crash/freeze flash on three (!) separate windows installations on separate PCs.

I wish I could tell you what advertisement it is, but based on how it works, there's no way for me to do it. But it is super-annoying and aggravating, although extremely rare.

Hmm. I'm not seeing any difficulties at the moment with ads. This is the only website I have open other than a gmail window.

Firefox + AdBlock Plus = no problems

Not a paid subscriber and I do not see most ads or get any pop-ups from this site or other ones.

Accept maybe the really, really nasty sites. Ya' know...

Some of the (popup!) ads have even gotten past Adblock Plus in the past, tobimaru.

If MT just displays banner ads, it does not bother me at all to display them for IB revenue to help keep the site running. The problem is when it starts becoming popup ads, and then I go adblock, and then new popup adds that still get past adblock happen, then flash ads come in that freeze/crash flash, and

Are you in IE or Firefox?

We have told Google to disallow popups though our network and sadly we have to get a screenshot or url of the page the pop up links to for them to filter out. There are thousands of partners that Google sends through there and some get through accidently (Google's words).

I'll do what I can to find them but so far I cant get any to come up in chrome, FF, or IE.

I'm getting these same popups again. I got the source this time:

Code:
<HTML><head><title>OpinionMart Survey</title></head><BODY style="background-color:#FFFFFF;margin:0;padding:0;text-align:center;"><SCRIPT>function css(){var c = document.createElement("LINK");c.type="text/css";c.href="http://static.suitesmart.com/css/de/de.css";c.rel="stylesheet";document.getElementsByTagName("HEAD")[0].appendChild(c);}css(); window.opener ? window.opener.focus() : self.blur();var serviceURL;var serviceWin   = null;var w = 340;var h=330;function RunService(){ self.moveTo(200,200); location = serviceURL;self.focus(); };function CheckDomain() {  try{ var oDom = opener.document.domain; CloseMe(); ct  = setTimeout("CheckDomain()", 50); } catch(e) {  var st = setTimeout("RunService()", 1000*0); }  };function CloseMe() { if (opener.StopService) opener.StopService(this);if (opener.ftgSurveySuppress) this.close(); };var ct = setTimeout("CheckDomain()", 50);</script><div class="h"><img src=http://static.suitesmart.com/images/invites/l.gif border=0 align=left></div><A HREF=JavaScript:RunService()><IMG SRC=http://static.suitesmart.com/images/ae/invites/dexit.gif border=0></A></BODY></HTML>
Also attached is a flash video and blaringly-loud audio ad I caught on here. I have no idea how to get the source on a flash video, and I think it is frankly impossible.

Chrome + Malwarebytes + Advanced System Care = I've never had a popup, crash, virus, spyware, adware, nothing. And this is on my travel computer using unsecured networks and watching a lot of online ****.

I have avast, abp, chrome, and a clean system. That popup is specific to miataturbo. I dont get any popups anywhere else, ever.
