Default Why doesn't my quick reply "Post" button work

They probably mucked with something at work but for some reason I can't post from Firefox using the post button. I need to type my text and then hit the reload in Firefox to have it post.

Chrome ftw! I put it on my laptop since I have admin rights. All my users want it after I tell them about it, but then I say they can't have it because the company only supports IE7. LOLz
