I originally got this all set up. I had to redo this later. The yellow& green goes to the relay. The red & black goes to ground. More on this later.

I think my GM computer only has one high speed radiator option. For fan#1,  I wired the black and red wires to the ground and the green & yellow to the relay in new harness.
