Spent the last 2 hours trying to get my carbon fiber juuust right. ended up just making 3 shades and uploaded them to my storefront. If it looks realistic in photo mode, on the track it just looks black. Do it light enough to look right on the track, it looks silver in photo mode. So I split the difference and will be using the medium tone. Looks good in both. Squares are 7.00x3.00 in the vinyl group creator, allowing for more detail than just doing one square and shrinking/compressing it or expanding it, making the weave too large. Did a little work with blank layers over and under the weave to give it a bit more depth, and a gradient from edge to edge, reflecting light differently across the width, like a real sheet of CF will in light. Very subtle though.
The final medium version is the right most one on the hood.

Tried your green glory tune on my miata Hustler, much better indeed. A bit twitchy, but I suspect some of that is because of my lack of steering wheel for minute adjustments.
Racing with you also made me realize how pathetic my garage is. I used to have a good S, A, B, etc car, but they're all random right now. Gotta work on that and try some suspension adjustments.

You ******s need to build A600 American Iron cars. I can build a few and upload the parts-lists. I already did an old Firebird and I plan to build a Trans Am, Camaro, Fox Body, and S197 Mustang for these classes. That way you can load the parts list and get fucked by Hustler. There are NASA and AST stickers in the marketplace too, lol.
I will do the same for Spec Miata and any other spec racing we come up with that's not Porsche or E30. Also, drive my white GT-500, that bitch is dialed.

Uploaded my camaro Trey, try it out and tell me what you think. I'm finding 1* front, .5* rear toe in is helping me drive much closer to the limit, along with ~+3 units of sway bar stiffness. No more tank slappers.
I also have a decent F, E, B, and S class car ready for next time. Depending on the track of course.

You know you are bored when you spend 3 hours making a simple vinyl group. Snap-on, but I go all out. It's not like a lot of them where people just use the existing letters. I study that **** and go back and forth to check my accuracy. Even made an emblem while I was at it. It's large, so it can cover an entire car without having to be stretched.
