Default [NA8] Which OBD2 codes don’t affect performance?

More dumb questions from the cowdick.

Is it documented anywhere which codes won’t mess with fun? Or will CEL always be some sort of party-pooper?

Specifically I’m wondering about O2 heater stuff (using LC2 NB signal, plugged downstream O2).

Long story:
Can’t get a tuner+dyno appointment until end of July and I’ve got Sonoma on 7/7 — because I’m a ***** I don’t want to run my MS2 at a trackday without a real adult having tuned my car, I’m going to revert to stock as lazy as possible which really just means hooking up LC2’s NB to the stock O2 plug and causing O2 heater codes (right?). I can plug back in the downstream O2 to deal with that heater code, but I should still have some EGO code due to the cat-delete (?).

Thanks in advance.

Assuming N/A just street tune fuel and send it. I've never had my car professionally tuned, even now with turbo, and have yet to blow anything up *knocks on wood* As long as you're not running silly goose timing or crazy lean it'll be fine.

If you're gonna run stock ECU just disconnect LC2 and run the stock o2 sensors. Not like it takes that long to swap out.
