1.6L v. 1.8L Ignitor
1.8 coils have integrated ignitors and no tach output
1.6 coils use an external ignitor, and the ignitor has a tach output.
yes, you could wire up your 1.8 coilpack to work on your 1.6 motor, but you'd have to figure out what your'e going to do about your tach. the ms does have a tacho output if you build the circuit. turbotim did it, and he's running tach off his aem standalone (i guess).
i'd tell you to search, but you'd just have a ****-**** attitude.
